Sissy Chen 陈曦毕业于中国美术学院，拥有10年的大型项目设计经验， 现担任ASPECT Studios设计上海工作室的设计组长。
陈曦长期以来一直在澳派总监的身边进行项目的创意设，在澳大利亚的工作经验也让陈曦能更好地理解澳派对于打造具有幸福感的城市空间的使命，并掌握澳派设计思考的出发点以及设计策略。她的思维非常开阔，并能根据中国的项目情况以及难度进行全面考虑，保证项目的实施。
陈曦拥有大型商业综合体与公共空间项目全程把控的能力，能很好地理解业主对项目的定位，与各个专业进行很好地协调，带领整个团队进行项目的设计的有效推进，保证高品质的设计成果按时提交。陈曦总体负责的大型项目包括上海梦中心项目、深圳万科留仙洞项目、重庆星耀天地、重庆融汇半岛等项目。
陈曦对细节的把控非常到位，在设计的过程中充分考虑实施的可能性以及成本的有效利用，并通过模型来推敲实现了多个高品质建成的项目，并对灯光、水景、标识、艺术品等下属顾问进行有效的设计管理。陈曦的专业态度得到众多业主的信任与赞赏。
Graduated from China Academy of Art, Sissy Chen is currently working in ASPECT Shanghai Studio as Design Team Leader with 10 years of working experience in landscape design.
Sissy has been working closely with the Directors in ASPECT Studios and has worked in ASPECT’s Adelaide Studio. She is a supporter of ASPECT’s vision about designing places people want to be and understands the core values and key strategies in the design process. She is very open minded and always keen on learning. She puts the good design thinking with consideration with the unique challenges Chinese projects present and ensures the design can be implements.
Sissy has proven skills and capabilities in running large scale urban complex developments. Shecan effectively listen to the client’s requests, understand their expectations, has a good understanding of the big picture vision and works across different design disciplines. She is a good leader in motivating the team to deliver a good design outcome. She has been the team leader for many large scale and high profile projects including Shanghai Dream Centre, Shenzhen Vanke Liuxiandong Development, Chongqing Galaxy and Chongqing Ronghui Peninsular Development.
Sissy is very attentive to details and works in 3D to ensure a good built form. She also has experiences in briefing and managing sub-consultants in lighting, water feature, signage and art work. Her skills and attitude have won confidence and positive feedback from most of her clients.
