作为ASPECT Studios的技术总监，Damian负责领导设计团队为各种规模、类型的项目提供规划、设计及深化服务。他有着超过14年的设计及施工监理经验，并在中国、韩国、加拿大、澳洲等地打造了众多获奖项目。
Damian在中国已经生活了7年多，对中国传统及现代文化有着深刻的理解，这也使得他能够将西方先进理念与中国本土文化相结合，呈现出优秀的作品。
在其丰富的工作经验生涯中，Damian曾与众多跨专业的团队一同工作，负责过地产项目、公园、广场、生态项目、基础设施等多种类型的设计工作。他在景观设计领域有着坚实的专业知识背景并具有高超的平面设计技巧，确保项目相关的设计文本及图纸不仅符合客户的期望，更能符合相关标准。
As Chief Technical Director, Damian has led the design team to provide various scales of landscape project plan, design and development. With his over 14-year design and construction experience, he has delivered a large number of award-winning designs in China, South Korea, Canada, Australia etc.
Besides, he has deep understandings on Chinese traditional and modern culture since he has stayed in China for more than 7 years, which is also one reason that he can present projects by combining the advanced western idea and Chinese local culture.
He has rich experience in project design and management with in-house & external multidisciplinary teams (local design institutes, architects, urban designers, engineers, artists, rendering) for Property Development , Parks & Plazas, Ecological Projects and Infrastructure.
With his professional education background and high graphic skill, he also review and make sure that the presentation booklets and construction documents meet the related standards and what clients expect.
